Data is the central component of most applications.   The modern day application user expects applications to be reliable, performant and have minimal downtime.  Designing a database and its constructs with this aspect in mind is critical to the success of any application both for internal customers as well as external.  The series of sessions will explore addressing the performance and design needs with various topics such as partitioned tables, indexed views & Index Strategies and query plan optimization to proactively build your database awesome the first time so you never hear the words ‘Must be the database!’.
